I was born to teach.

It is not just my profession. It is the work that has shaped my life for more than 25 years. I believe deeply in helping students think clearly, write confidently, and grow into capable adults. Watching a student move from frustration to confidence is still the most rewarding part of what I do.

My Online Tutorials began during the COVID school closures when families needed steady academic support. What started as helping students stay afloat became a long-term commitment to consistent, skill-focused instruction in English language arts, writing, reading, Spanish, study skills, and structured test preparation.

Within the past year, I chose to relocate to Salado and now call Mill Creek home. I was drawn to the Village for its history, its strong community spirit, and the balance it holds between athletics and the arts. Students here carry full schedules and high expectations. I respect that, and I work to support it.

I am grateful to serve families in Salado and the surrounding communities, both in person and online. Teaching is my calling, and it is a responsibility I carry with pride.

My Online Tutorials provides one-on-one academic tutoring for middle school, high school, and college students. Founded by Brenda Raiborn, a licensed educator with more than 30 years of experience, the practice focuses on English language arts, writing, reading, Spanish, study skills, diverse learning needs, and structured test support.

Now based in Salado, Brenda works with students who balance academics with athletics, the arts, and full schedules. Sessions are available in person and online for families in Salado and surrounding communities.
